El Sluggo

I need to do something with my life, I feel like el sluggo. I just eat, sleep, go to the gym, and watch tv.

I've started doing this Tabata training on the treadmill - and it's kicking my trash. You do it in four minute sets you sprint for 20 seconds jump to the side and rest for 10 seconds and then jump back on for twenty seconds - doing this for a total of four minutes. I highly recommend.

So last weekend I started the project of cleaning out my closet - again. I just did this in May. I started working on it again today and I asked Paige, "What's the oldest piece of clothing in your closet?" And she was like "Um...gosh, I think I have a couple of things in there going on three years." She said this as I was holding a six year old dress, mentally battling whether I should keep it. It's now in the Goodwill pile.

I'm amazed that my clothing has been the same size since like the eighth grade. I cling so much to keeping clothes forever, even though I only wear about a third of what's in my closet. Lots of my clothes are too big, fit weird, have holes, or were a good idea at the time...now not so much. I remember yelling at Dixie over this with some of her sweaters and colored pants - I am now Dixie. At least the pig tails haven't come out...

This past couple of weeks I've noticed a few things about myself:

-I eat Greek yogurt like I'm terrified of it - small bites and constant stirring. I eat a little bit, stir a ton, and then eat a little bit more. It takes like fifteen minutes to eat a small Chobani container. That's just weird.

-When I'm alone I yell at the tv- I was watching Sleepless in Seattle (for the first time) and was like "You don't even know him! You're crazy!"

-I have no problem laughing really loud when I'm alone. I was looking at funny pictures and giggling. Paige looked at me weird and was like "Do you laugh like this when you're alone?"And I realized yes, yes I do.

-I'm dying for it to be Friday so I can watch a new episode of Gravity Falls, because even though it's a show on Disney Channel aimed for those ten and under, I freakin' love it.

-I am terribly unmotivated when I don't have goals. I need to start writing again...
