So I totally thought this was a typo or something - turns out it's traditional to serve cheese with hot chocolate. I googled this and you're supposed to put bits of cheese in your hot chocolate and let it melt. I'm not sure how I feel about this, but I really want someone to try it and tell me.
This Colombian place was freaking delicious. I had the best beef and chicken empanadas and they were stuffed with potatoes and served with a salsa verde. And it was only like $2 for an empanada. I will be suffering from some major food nostalgia.
Also I bought some pineapple juice the other day and on the front it said 100% pineapple juice and on the back it said 100% cok ahahac. I really enjoyed pronouncing it that way - especially with an actual laugh for the ahahac.
Oh hey, I forgot to mention I signed up for classes for my LAST SEMESTER OF COLLEGE.

Writing for Late Night Television
TV Nation: A producing class
Independent Study: Writing the Original Sitcom
And mayhaps an internship. But let's not get crazy.
