Okay I know this is awkward, but I'm having some major adductor issues - otherwise known as the groin.
Like how does that even happen? I woke up, and the left side is in so much pain. I keep working out on it, which maybe isn't the best course of action, but I feel stupid not to. But I also feel stupid walking around like Igor.
How I'm treating it:
Stretching: umm can we talk about how uncomfortable these stretches are? Weird squatting, frog legs, and spreading. I look so dumb and like I'm trying to get rid of gas.
Ice: I thought I had ice cubs in my freezer, but they all kinda evaporated leaving half cubes, and only filling up a small corner of the bag. I'm tempted to use other things in my freezer like a potsticker Lean Cuisine or a stick of butter...
Massage: So there's this thing called "the stick" which supposedly might help it. But I don't have the stick, the closest thing I have is a rolling pin. I'm kneading my inner thigh like it's a cinnamon roll, a good I can't make until I forget I used the rolling pin for this purpose...
