East Coast

Oh North Carolina.

My trip home was enjoyable and strange. It was nice seeing some of my friends. Speaking of which, do you know how hard it is to concentrate on someone when ABBA is playing in the background? I went to lunch with a friend and they're talking and all of a sudden Fernando starts playing in the background and I just wanted to give in to the music. I got through the song...barely...and then it turned out to be like an ABBA cd and I fought so hard to keep listening to what the person was saying, but I just wanted to dance.

It was like in In & Out when Kevin Kline tries to maintain his masculinity but gives into I Will Survive.

Or like Hugh Grant in Love Actually. This is what I wanted to be doing.

Hailey and Mom's birthday was good. We went to Rey's - yeah flash back to early 00's.

Hailey lookin' fierce for eight years old. She's sporting the new Shake It Up dress I got her for her birthday, she styled it with some trendy metallic sandals - there's hope for this gamer girl yet.

Maigan put emoticon pics on my phone. This is what I sent to Paige. Teehe. I miss Maigan and Bryan! They were fun to hang out with, and I enjoyed the Bo's runs.

And on Sunday I got homemade donuts. They were so good. I ate like ten.
